Place your deposit for your perfect rib roast: Boneless, Bone-In, or Presidential Cut. To determine your deposit amount, you'll need a rough estimate of how many pounds you need. A one-bone roast will feed approximately 2 hungry adults, or 3 as part of a large meal. Bone-In Prime Rib Roasts are $14.99 per pound. Great for someone who enjoys trimming the rib roast themselves.

Presidential Cut Prime Rib Roasts are $15.99 per pound. Our butchers trim and hinge-cut the bones, and use food-safe butcher’s twine to tie the bones back on the roast. This gives you the advantage of a bone-in roast without the hassle of trimming and de-boning. Just cut the butcher’s twine and remove the bones after roasting.

Boneless Prime Rib Roasts are $16.99 per pound. Let our butchers do the hard work for you. This roast is trimmed and ready for your seasoning. No bones to deal with.

Perfect Prime Rib

Heat Oven to 400°F.

Place roast bone side down in deep roasting pan. If boneless, place on roasting rack in pan.

Drizzle roast liberally with olive oil and rub salt, pepper and other preferred spices into all sides of roast. Allow roast to come to room temperature, at least one hour.

Roast at 400°F for 15 minutes, reduce oven to 350°F. Roast until middle of roast reaches internal temperature of:

Rare: 115°F                 Medium: 125°F

Medium Rare: 120°F     Medium Well: 130°F

Remove roast from oven and let rest at least 15 minutes before carving.
