One full rack of St. Louis Style BBQ Spare Ribs. Made with our house-rub and Oklahoma Joe’s BBQ Sauce.

Ingredients: Pork Spare Ribs, Smoked Paprika, Butcher's Rub (Salt, Garlic, Onion, Sugar, Cumin, Black Pepper, Paprika, Nori, Cayenne, and Cloves) BBQ Sauce (Tomato Puree (water, Tomato Paste), Sugar, Vinegar, Molasses, Salt, Corn Starch, Spices, Onion Powder, Natural Smoke Flavoring, Garlic Powder, Mustard Flour, Worcestershire (Corn Syrup, Caramel Color, Sucrose, Tamarind, Natural Flavor, Maltodextrin). Gluten Free.

Reheating Instructions

  1. Pre-Heat Oven 350 degrees.
  2. Remove plastic top. Do not put it in the oven. It will melt. 
  3. Add a 1/4 Cup of water to the bottom of the pan. 
  4. Wrap top of container with aluminum foil. The bottom doesn’t need covered.
  5. Bake in oven at 350 until internal temp reaches 165 degrees. 15-20 minutes if you don’t have a meat thermometer. 
  6. When cutting, follow the bone. 
  7. Enjoy! They are so good, don’t eat the bones or give them to your dog.
